These terms are a concise field-trial notice for TreeSnap Quote v0.1. TreeSnap provides hosted photo quote request pages for tree service companies during manually managed trials.
No professional advice
TreeSnap does not diagnose trees, assess safety, price work, guarantee leads, or determine whether a site visit is required. Tree service companies remain responsible for reviewing requests and contacting homeowners directly.
Emergency situations
Homeowners should not use TreeSnap for emergencies. If there are downed power lines, immediate danger, or urgent safety concerns, stay away from the area and contact emergency services or the utility company.
Manual trial and payment process
Trial setup, tenant creation, payment, and closeout are handled manually outside the app in v0.1. TreeSnap does not include Stripe, subscription automation, automatic trial expiration, or self-serve signup.
Private links
Owner lead pages and inbox URLs are intended for the tree service company receiving the request. Do not publish private inbox URLs or share customer request links beyond the people who need them for follow-up.
Current limitations
TreeSnap v0.1 is email-first. It does not include SMS alerts, CRM, dashboard accounts, login, scheduling, AI diagnosis, automatic quotes, WordPress plugins, Google Sheet sync, or automatic outbound.
