Terms of Service

Product scope

TreeSnap provides hosted software for tree service companies to receive photo quote requests from homeowners. The service includes hosted quote pages, email notifications, and private inbox links.

TreeSnap does not provide tree removal, emergency response, arborist diagnosis, automatic quotes, or final pricing for tree work.

Customer responsibility

Tree service companies remain solely responsible for reviewing requests, contacting homeowners, providing estimates, scheduling work, and performing any tree service.

Trial and subscription

New subscriptions may include a 14-day free trial. After the trial, the subscription continues at $49/month unless cancelled before renewal.

When paid checkout is enabled, billing is processed securely by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. TreeSnap does not store full payment card numbers.

Trial access may still be requested through the website form while checkout rollout is in progress. Requesting a trial is not the same as purchasing a paid subscription.

The same TreeSnap product may be started in different ways described on our website: Starter Subscription ($49/month after any included trial), Launch Pack (a one-time fee that includes the first month of software access plus setup assistance and launch copy), or 6-Month Pilot (prepaid access for six months with no monthly billing during the pilot). These are start options for the same hosted photo quote service, not separate product tiers with different core software capabilities.

After the first month included with Launch Pack, you may continue at $49/month if you want to keep using the service. After the six-month pilot period, you may continue at $49/month for ongoing monthly access if you choose not to let prepaid access end.

Launch Pack helps you get your photo quote page, inbox, and launch materials ready. It does not include unlimited website installation, logging into your website, custom website edits, Google Business Profile management, or ongoing marketing support. You or your webmaster add the button to your website.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription through the billing method made available when paid checkout is enabled, or by contacting treesnap@localprowins.com. TreeSnap does not currently provide a self-serve customer billing portal in the app.

Homeowners may cancel an individual photo quote request through their request page. That action does not cancel a tree service company's SaaS subscription.

Refunds and disputes

Refund and subscription cancellation rules are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Contact treesnap@localprowins.com before initiating a chargeback when possible.

Service delivery

TreeSnap is delivered as access to hosted software: company-specific photo quote pages, owner email alerts, private lead links, and private inbox history. Setup timing may vary during onboarding.

Emergency situations

TreeSnap is not an emergency channel. Homeowners should not use it for urgent safety situations. If there are downed power lines or immediate danger, stay away from the area and contact emergency services or the utility company.

Limitations

TreeSnap does not guarantee leads, jobs, revenue, or quote acceptance. Features may change during product updates. The service does not include CRM, SMS alerts, AI diagnosis, automatic quotes, or guaranteed response times unless explicitly offered in writing.

Private links

Owner lead pages and inbox URLs are intended for the tree service company receiving the request. Do not publish private inbox URLs publicly.
