Information collected

Homeowner photo quote requests may include name, phone number, optional email, property address or job location, service type, urgency, notes, uploaded tree photos, and request metadata such as reference IDs and timestamps.

Tree service company trial or account requests may include company name, owner contact details, website, city/state, and setup notes.

When paid checkout is enabled, billing and payment data are processed by Lemon Squeezy. TreeSnap does not store full payment card numbers on its servers.

How information is used

Homeowner request data is used to deliver the photo quote request to the selected tree service company, show private lead pages and inbox history, and support homeowner cancellation of a specific request.

Tree service companies use this data to respond to quote requests.Resoecho LLC is not responsible for how an independent tree service company handles offline work, estimates, or customer relationships after receiving a request.

Storage and access

Lead data is stored in Supabase Postgres. Photos are stored in a private Supabase Storage bucket and viewed through signed links or private lead pages. Inbox access uses a private token; do not post inbox URLs publicly.

Product boundaries

TreeSnap does not diagnose trees, assess site safety, generate automatic quotes, or replace professional judgment by tree service companies. The service does not provide a self-serve customer billing portal in the app at this time.
