Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to TreeSnap Photo Quote hosted SaaS access for tree service companies, including monthly subscriptions and selected prepaid start options described on our website. It does not apply to any tree service work performed by independent tree service companies using the software.

Product

TreeSnap is hosted photo quote request software for tree service companies. Subscriptions provide access to hosted quote pages, email notifications, and private inbox links—not tree removal, emergency response, arborist diagnosis, or final quotes.

Free trial and subscription

New customers may start with a 14-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription continues at $49/month after the trial period.

Submitting the website trial request form does not charge you and does not by itself purchase a paid plan. Paid plans are arranged separately when billing is enabled or as otherwise confirmed in writing.

Other ways to start

TreeSnap offers the same hosted photo quote product through different start options shown on our website, including Starter Subscription ($49/month after any included trial), Launch Pack (one-time fee with the first month of software access included), and 6-Month Pilot (prepaid access for six months with no monthly billing during the pilot period).

After the first month included with Launch Pack, you may continue at $49/month if you want to keep using the service. After the six-month pilot period, you may continue at $49/month if you want ongoing monthly access.

Launch Pack includes setup assistance and launch copy. It does not include unlimited website installation, logging into your website, custom website edits, ongoing Google Business Profile management, or ongoing marketing support. You or your webmaster add the photo quote button to your website.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription through the billing method made available when paid checkout is enabled, or by emailing treesnap@localprowins.com. After cancellation, access typically remains available through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Canceling a homeowner photo quote request inside TreeSnap is separate from canceling your SaaS subscription.

Refunds

Within 7 days of your first paid charge, contact treesnap@localprowins.com if you were charged in error, charged twice, or cannot reasonably access the hosted product. We will review good-faith requests in those situations.

After 7 days from the first paid charge, active monthly subscriptions are generally not refunded on a prorated basis for the current billing period.

Launch Pack: If you paid for Launch Pack and setup work has not yet begun, contact treesnap@localprowins.com promptly to request a review. After setup work has started or deliverables such as launch copy or a test photo request have been provided, the Launch Pack fee is generally not refundable except for billing errors covered above.

6-Month Pilot: The pilot is prepaid for six months of access. During the prepaid period, fees are generally not refunded on a prorated basis for unused months. The 7-day review period above still applies to qualifying billing errors or access issues on your first paid charge.

Payments and chargebacks

When paid checkout is enabled, Lemon Squeezy acts as Merchant of Record for payment processing, tax collection where applicable, certain refunds, and chargeback workflows. Resoecho LLC does not store full payment card numbers on TreeSnap servers.
